Merchants Quay has undergone a significant transformation with the fit-out of the existing basement and the construction of a new extension, facilitating modern amenities.

SUMMARY
This project involved the demolition of internal walls within the existing basement as wall as demolition of existing external structures to make way for the new basement fit-out and extension.
